About Julie Wilson

Born & raised at the Jersey Shore, Julie has always loved the Ocean / Monmouth area for its beautiful diversity. With over 30 years of experience, she has played a role in the many dimensions of real estate including sales, appraisals and commercial property maintenance management. Julie started out selling homes for a small independent local real estate office. As a working mom she accommodated children’s schedules and took on an Office administrator position, where she truly learned all of the behind-the-scenes action (and paperwork) it takes to bring a transaction to fruition. She earned her Brokers License in 2003 and continued to run a very successful office for a few years.

About 15 years later Julie embarked on a cross country adventure visiting deserts, mountains and more! She settled in Florida for a short time but recently returned to the home and the profession she loves.  Julie not only brings 30 plus years of experience to our office,  she also brings a straight forward style and the initiative to get things done!  She is both extremely organized and calm under pressure.  She takes the time to treat all her clients with a warm, professional demeanor.  

A proud grandmother of three, Julie spends her free time embracing the magic of the Jersey Shore. From collecting shells at the beach, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding the creeks and rivers, to walking the trails of Allaire and Double Trouble State Park, she loves the amazing variety of outdoor activities our area has to offer.
