About Jane & Lance White

We are Jane and Lance White. We have been Realtors in Mantoloking, Bay Head, Point Pleasant Beach, Point Pleasant Boro, Brick and other neighboring towns representing both buyers and sellers for approximately 15 years. Jane's family has summered and lived in the Mantoloking community for three generations and Lance has been with Jane here for 40 years. We have been full-time residents in Mantoloking since 2007. We take full advantage of our ocean and Barnegat Bay experiences which are priceless.              

As listing agents, we never utilize lock boxes because we feel it's important for us to be present to "sell" your property. There are always a multitude of questions that home from prospective buyers, especially those new to the area, that need to be answered quickly and correctly. As a team one of us will respond promptly to a call or email and we are available to show your property with little warning. When we represent buyers we will, of course, know of all listed properties and be in a position to show prospective homes at the buyer's convenience.  At the same time, we may be aware of an unlisted home that would be for sale under the right conditions.

Lance's 38 years on Wall Street selling municipal bonds allowed him to become proficient in the art of negotiation which has served us and our clients well in the Real Estate business. Jane is a graduate of Pine Manor College and was the 1981 Division 1 NCAA woman's collegiate squash champion. Lance attended New England College playing hockey and football. In addition, he has a Master of Arts from Middlebury College in Spanish Literature. He is also the Mayor of Mantoloking.
